Encasing it in plastic. We have a laminator and luggage tag “blanks”. (I’m not sure what the real term for them is.)

I actually had this printed out, and completed; I ended up going with the foreign currency. He received chinese yen.

Yen are from Japan. The currency in China is called the yuan. Which did you give him?

1. Find bank with online bill pay for free
2. Setup your friend as a payee-
3. Using the smallest value the bill pay accepts send a check to your friend
4. Repeat step 3 each day until the debt is paid.

I could go to the Hard Rock Casino here in Las Vegas, buy him a $20 gaming chip - of course, he would then have to fly to Las Vegas and book a room for at least a night to use the $20 chip.

(The Hard Rock has great chips - with pictures of Jimi Hendrix or Janis Joplin, etc. depending on the value of the chip - not quite sure whose face is on the $20.)

I’ve never seen a $20 chip. They are almost always $25, and Jimi is on the purple $25 chip. It’s a brilliant scam by the Hard Rock. I’m sure lots of idiots like me have taken them home as souvenirs. I also have about 6 $100 chips from the casino next to Victoria falls in Zimbabwe.

Wow, I have to admit, I’m actually surprised anyone really read my post that distinctly. Being the ADD type that I am, I would have read just enough to know that the means for the OP was that US Currency was converted to something else.

Although it’s already been mailed off, I’m pretty sure I converted it to Japanese Yen.

Damn! I SO love this idea.
My bank DOES have free online bill pay.
My currency conversion prank cost me a little bit in that I had to make it large enough to convert back to USD and he’d still have $20 in his hand.

Oh well, there’s always next year… Unless the Sooners cover the spread.
