OK, I’d like to have street names in Ho Chi Minh City and Ha Noi, Viet Nam, like you get when you turn on the Roads layer in the U.S. I’m willing to do the work myself. What do I do?
I don’t think you can do the work yourself. Adding street names to the map is a far more complex task than adding a list of point features. You probably need to get a job at Google or (more likely) its supplier of map data.
In fact, I think the task is even harder than that. They probably can only get street name data showing in areas where there is true digital map coverage, rather than just satellite coverage. I don’t think Vietnam is included, and may not be for several years.
