I’m with Chronos: in the situtation you hypothesized, if you want to stick with the laws of physics as they are currently understood, the probability of ending up with a different world would be much higher than the probability of ending up with the same world. Both are possible.
In the end, though, your question – and I quote, “I am basically saying if it were possible to rewind fate, would fate continue in the same path.” – is null.
Postulating that fate exists: If something is fated, then it will be. Rewinding and replaying fate would have no effect on the outcome of any situation.
Personally, fate makes no sense to me. As far the world unfolding in an orderly or directed fashion… it’s been my humble experience that if the dog hadn’t stopped to shit, he may, or may not have caught the rabbit.
