Credit Card Abuse

How much time do you do,and can you get prohibation instead?

I think that you need to be a bit more specific - do you mean credit card fraud, and if so, the dollar value of the fraud is more important.

When I hear ‘credit card abuse’, I think of people who charge too much on their cards, don’t pay them off on time, and get to the point where they can’t pay the minimums. As far as I know, you don’t get time or probation for that, although you might get a court judgement requiring you to repay, and have to declare bankruptcy and forfeit your assets.

I think there would be a lot less late CC payments if the penalty was taking away your right to buy or posess alcohol.
