My wife and I recently purchased a vacation condo which we are renting out nightly during the summer tourist season. In the winter months, however, there are no tourists, so we will be renting it out on a 6 month lease.

I would like to run a credit check on whomever agrees to the 6-month lease, but I don’t know of any reputable service that does this.

A quick check on the Internet shows services ranging from $0 to $40 for a credit check. Any experience using one of these kinds of services?
