Credit rating following citizenship?

If I were to change my citizenship from American to Canadian, would my credit rating follow me? If so, how is that possible, since I would no longer have a Social Security number and would have a completely different (Canadian) address?

Additionally, is it possible to denounce your US citizenship, become a Canadian, and then apply for US citizenship again?

I’m guessing that some creditors are international. So if you owe a bank & didn’t pay, & that is an international bank, well, you figure the math…

Why would you want to do this? Seriously, I think the old draft dodgers may have a problem with this one. I think the search engines might shed more technical light on these questions.
