Creepy short story with a photo of a "witch" and her "hellhound"?

I vaguely recall a somewhat creepy short story I read about a camera discovered with a final photo of what was described as a witch and her hellhound (pic was included). The story was about a photog that went out to try and find evidence of this witch and disappeared, the last photo the only clue…

Anyone recall?

That does sound familiar, but since I have no idea of the title or author, here’s a bump.

This creepypasta? The Last Photo of Charlie Noonan | MB Forde

Don’t remember a witch but a Stephen King short story involved a spectral dog getting closer and more dangerous in each photo

“The Sun Dog.”

I don’t get it. What’s supposed to be creepy about that picture? It’s a poorly-exposed blurry picture of a woman and a dog.

Did he swipe that from M.R. James’s “The Mezzotint?”
