Just curious. How does what is essentially “Sadie Hawkins Day” turn into cross-dressing? Some of the schools around here have a TWIRP February dance, but they seem to dress along normal gender lines.
During Homecoming week in high school we sometimes had Camo day.
Big hunting area, y’see.
Whydya assume that camo=soldier? Got a problem with venison? 
Because dressing up in skirt will turn your 4 year old son gay.

I’m far more offended by cancelling the event than by having it.
In my opinion, any transgendered individual who gets offended at the idea of people goofing off in drag needs to take other people’s actions a bit less seriously.
Oh, come off it. We don’t recruit that young. Bad for PR.
