Cryptic messages appearing in some online classified ads

Anyone know what is up with this? A friend of mine was looking for cars on craigslist and found this ad:

Scroll all the way to the bottom.

Anyone have any idea what “and with the always into hes exist its round sitting spend well unit gotten hire human for have out Muskehounds all around Cheryl loner when number up back dangerous that to makes of of ship of the Kong the over gold days the world” means?

Googling the above leads to more ads that have a similar pattern. Normal copy up top, nonsense for the last few sentences.

WFT?

They’re scams. IIRC the random text helps it pass spam tests.

ETA: I’ve seen some scam ads with large blank spaces in them - if you highlight over the blank space you will discover nonsense text which was in a light color.

They’re all secret code to the sleeper cells meant to activate them.

Or scams.
