So I emailed Georgia Power to let them know their online service is not compatible with Firefox, the email was polite but concise simply saying something along the lines of:

So about 30 minutes later I get their response:

Now, I’m not going to make any offshore comments, but sheesh, that’s horrid. If it were just properly written I don’t have a problem with a company going, “Hey, we aren’t currently set to work with anything but IE.” That’d be fine. But dang I couldn’t stop reading the email, praying the proper filler words would suddenly appear.
