Judging from some photos, I bet it’s an Allis Chalmers cultivator. Here is an AC tractor with part of a cultivator mounted underneath it. You can tell the tube and brackets seem to be the same as yours. Here (fourth from bottom) is what looks like a larger version of yours being towed behind a tractor. You could probably find an Allis Chalmers or tractor forum to get more info and a possible price.

I’m with the others that suggest posting it for sale, you might get a few takers. I can’t identify the brand, but you could always ask on one of the many antique farm equipment websites out there.
