I’m looking for a training book (or a very comprehensive website) on behalf of an older cycling newbie. He wants a book kind of like this running book - it’s basically a book that has all the kinds of exercises and stretches a physiotherapist would assign to prevent (or treat) injury.
I have training books, but nothing like what’s he’s looking for, and I can’t think of anything off the top of my head. Any suggestions?
(I guessed this is an IMHO kind of thing, but maybe it’s a Cafe or Game thing?)
