My wife’s new cell phone does not seem to support cyrillic fonts. Does anyone know if there are downloadable add-ins that could help out?
They must exist, I know for a fact that most Russian cells support the cyrillic alphabet. Where to download probably depends on your provider and the producer of your wife’s phone.
If Mrs. Slug’s phone is based on Windows Mobile, you should be able to transfer a Cyrillic font from your PC to the phone via ActiveSync (or WMDC if you run Vista).
Mrs. Slugs phone is an LG Rumor. Sprint had no answer. To be honest, if I had thought about it this morning, I would have run down to a cell phone shop in the Russian neighborhood and asked. They would probably know.
