It was hilarious and pretty incontrovertible. Wonder how Papa Bear will rationalize the cognitive dissonance?

To paraphrase Lewis Black, this is why people can’t think any more. They watch this crap and the cognitive dissonance (Word of the Day) just forces their brain to go, “Uhhh, I’m gonna go take a nap.”

Well, the only defense I can think of (playing Devil’s Advocate, or O’Reilly’s Advocate, which is pretty close) is that when FoxNews was ambushing people, it was to ask them legitimate journalist-type investigatory questions, not just to take celebrity pictures. (Though the idea that you’d think that’s the best way to get an interview with the editor of a major newspaper is pretty stupid.)

Valiant effort there. Although if you said, ‘“Why’d you ban us?” is legitimate journalist-type whining.’ I’d have no choice but to concur.
