I’ve only read Hyperion, Carrion Comfort, Drood and Terror, so perhaps I lucked out?

He’s a piece of shit–and a major name in written science fiction. Kinda of weird for a fan of SF (which I know you to be) to have missed all of his books. The Hyperion Cantos remains among my all-time favorite books (and that is far from an isolated point of view.)
