Dark skin around mouth area

I am 23 years old the skin around my mouth is extremely dark ,it actually looks like shadowing there is no hair on my upper lip because I got it threaded and I see no difference in the skin tone around my mouth area.

I have tried numerous skin lighteners toners ,scrubs masks nothing has actually worked . I wasn’t born with dark skin around my mouth area or upper lip region, the most frustrating thing is when I apply makeup that area tends to look grey and ashy and uneven.
I want my skin to look more even lighter and brighter.:smack:

Is your skin darkening anywhere else? How about your palms or armpits? Is there “tanning” or new pigmentation in any sun UN-exposed area? For example, inside the mouth or on the nipples (in women). And, how are you feeling generally?
