Dark Spacetime?

Eistein’s General Relativity/Gravity Equation:

describes a spacetime curvature with matter and energy on one side, space and time on the other.

MOST OF THE UNIVERSE is made up of what we cannot explain; “Dark Energy” accelerating the expansion of the universe, and “Dark Matter” binding together the galaxies gravitationally.

Is there a “Darkness” associated with space and/or time…to balance the equation?

What we call “dark energy” can be put on either side of the equation. Einstein called it the “cosmological constant”, and put it on the spacetime side of the equation. Nowadays, it’s more in vogue to call it “dark energy”, and put it on the mass-energy side of the equation. But the math works out the same no matter where you put it.
