Well, I know that the darkness makes me sleep more soundly, and wake up less. I can’t say that I feel light. After forty years of working swing shift, I am more regular in my sleep habits than I was before I started the dark light cycle reinforcement. It helped a lot.

Something strapped onto my face would definitely bother me, though.
