Data Recovery from Memory Stick?

I took some pics with my digital camera. I forgot to download the pics; I erased the pics I’d taken and took a handful of new ones.

Can I get some of the pics I deleted back? I have a stick reader which lets me see the stick under “My Computer.” Is there a way to say, “Hey…show me what I know is there and hasn’t been written over”?

I had tried another program, but it wouldn’t recognize my memory stick.

The program you suggested is specifically for this; I wasn’t able to recover everything, but I recovered the two pics I needed.

I also liked how the company let me see if the pics were recoverable before I had to purchase it. And $30 didn’t seem bad, especially considering they had me up a river of mixed metaphors.
