I will qualify my earlier comment where I stated that there is no maximum for speaker circuit loss in the Code. In fact, the stated acceptable loss is 1.0 dB, but in the absence of other load calculations it’s pretty meaningless. And it’s not very clear if it is meant to be voltage loss, power loss, or some other type of loss. Which is what brought me here.
