I’m visiting the DC area after a couple of years away. Driving along the GW Parkway, I noticed a new building near the Kennedy Center and Lincoln Memorial with big, wavy glass domes on top. Can anyone tell me what this is? Is it new, or did the State Department get a fancy facelift?
