There’s one type around here that’s not on your list, the small-market computer store. My brother operates one, he’s the only employee and has been burned by credit users so much that he refuses to accept their cards.

Update: My local Jack in the Box has this sign on the drive-through, stating that as of July 31, they will stop accepting checks and start accepting credit cards.

Well, I have sympathy for you! I used to go to school near four fast food places, and the lunchtime confusion was awful!

The phrase “jerk in the box” cracked me up!
