It’s one thing to run on vague promises to reform health care; it’s quite another to see some of the actual appalling details he’s proposing. Especially given the state of the economy after his insane economic bail-out plan. Support for his risky scheme is dropping like a rock. When given a look at the alternative, most intelligent citizens are perfectly happy with their current plans, thank you very much.

Seventy percent of American favor the UHC plan. The repubs stated in 200 and 2004 that health care going as it was would bankrupt the US. So where do you find these most Americans you presume to talk for?

I’m one of the people afraid somebody’s going to snap. Of course, I was afraid during the campaigns, too, and nothing happened, so I’m willing, nay eager, to believe that I’m just being paranoid.

I meant to add: It doesn’t help when I hear groups that include a guy I know standing around at JCPenney regretting the fact that no one had shot Obama.
