DeCaff Lite, why bother?

I’m drinking decaffinated coffee with skimmed milk and artifical sweetener (don’t start on that). Is this an exercise in pointlessness?

No buzz, no calories (well, very few) no vitamins and probably no minerals to speak of. IFAIK No nutritional benefit at all.

Should I stick with water-cooler water and Earl Grey***** ? Is there actually anything good for me in decaff? (I could Google but asking here is way more fun)

I’m guessing quite a few folks here regard decaff as an abomination against nature, feel free to vent.
