Oddly, my familia never contracted the two. They saved that for my mom’s whose was on 12/28.

It never bothered me that much, since everyone in my family also has a December birthday (March is a slow time of year, I guess), nobody got forgotten. Now that I have to do the gift shopping as well, I’m grateful that I only have to do this once a year.
Me and Chavardz and twickster all seem to share the 31st. To top it off, twickster and I were born on the very same day. Ahem. You’ll have to do your own research to find out when that was.
Just remember, the best ten years of a woman’s life are those between thirty-nine and forty.
The standing joke in my family is that my Dad wanted me to come before midnight, so that I would be a tax decuction for the whole year. I almost disappointed him, being born at 10:16 PM.
I always got two presents, and actually liked having the two days close together. It made me feel like I was getting more loot than my sisters. Jeez, what a monster I was.

My birthday is on the twelfth.
I was lucky to have a mother that always went all out for birthdays (my brother’s is on the 30th). We never received gifts wrapped in Christmas paper. Only distant relatives sent “birthday/christmas” presents.
The holidays were incorporated into my birthday somewhat though. We always decorated our Christmas tree that evening, even when I got older.

Another one for the 31st. I made my dad really sweat the tax deduction out; I was born fifteen minutes before midnight.
Mine’s the 25th. I got lots of combined bithday/Christmas gifts as a kid, but not so much as an adult.
I also share a birthday with one of my sisters, which made the day even more crowded.
Nor me…ah well I’m used to being ignored

We got gypped , with that last leap year , my birthday should have at least been a thursday this year , however
