Again, I did not say it was irrelevant. And I didn’t say you can’t have an opinion on the topic. I was speaking about those that I surmise would agree with me on the issue of harm and having that harm eliminated by Federal Action. I don’t think they would agree with your concerns about Moreton Rolleston rights being infringed.
I realize you prefer to remain on a theoretical legalistic philosophy of rights type discussion, but I suggest there is a human element to this that should not be ignored.
Of course there’s a human element; humans make laws and built hotels and dine at restaurants. There’s no meaningful distinction to be drawn between the legal and the human here, laws address human problems.
