Deja Vieu - A new theory??

I’ll be sitting here existing, and then all of a sudden I feel like I know what is going to happen. This lasts for roughly a minute or so. And in the end…my preminition/Deja Vieu doesn’t end up comming true.

So that reminded me about this guy who thinks there could be other realities running along side of ours. Everything is there, me and my surroundings included, just on a different path.

So I say…perhaps this Deja Vieu is nothing more than a small glance into one of those alternative realities. V.S. my left eye registering something before my right eye…yada yada.

ok thanks bye.

Why did you post this in ATMB?
Oooh… Deja Vu!

This is pretty much theory and opinion, if I’m reading the topic right, so it’s getting scooted over into IMHO.

So the big question would be: …

Are the bongs in both realities the same color?

IMHO there’s is a brain region that normally is active during remembering. It’s distinct from the actual storage/playback area. Its activation while images/thoughts are filtering through the consciousness colors these events as memories.

Normally, I believe there is a link between memory retrieval and activation of this memory coloring region. In the case of Deju Vu, however, the memory coloring region is activated inappropriately, during a new experience.

The above is totally a WAG, but I think it explains Deja Vu quite well.
