We’ve got a couple of those.
That’s called “Detroit and Windsor”, you use the Ambassador Bridge for that one. Or the tunnel under the Detroit River.
Ninja’d. But I lived near there for about 12 years.
You can see both oceans from many peaks in the central mountains, but it is usually cloudy on one side or the other. I have seen both oceans from several peaks, but rarely if ever at the same time.
The joke about looking over the Atlantic doesn’t make sense, since I wasn’t looking for the actual sunrise, but rather the sky getting light.
I’m thinking this may help.
So… you’re asking us if we like fried chicken fingers? And if we say no, you’re going to accuse us of being fish of a certain orientation and gender?
Preach it.
On the San Francisco Bay Area Peninsula, there are peaks where you can see both the Pacific Ocean and the Bay.
But are the birds confused?
As I understand it, the swallows are most confused. Lost, looking for shelter, and yet unable to find it.

I think Panama broke loose and floated halfway around the world, unnoticed.
(Yeah, I did that once too. I got up real early, before dawn, to watch for Comet Kohoutek. It never came. Eventually, it got late enough that I thought it should be getting light, but it didn’t. Even more eventually, I figured out that it was still the previous evening, and I had gotten up way earlier than I thought. These things happen when you have a really irregular schedule.)
Colibri just proved the flat Earth I think,
RIP, Colibri.
