Here in Oregon, we Dems (and some sane Republicans) are trying to impose some common sense gun control:
The constitutionality of the new law as it is framed within the 4 corners of the document is currently under challenge. I’m following this case for a ruling. But thank Dems for its passage under Measure 114 on the ballot in November 2022.
This is my opinion about doing the right thing. I don’t offer it as a basis for yet another debate on gun control.
