Dems, who do you want to get the nom., now that Gore's out?

If Kerrey ran and didn’t blow his own foot off, I’d probably vote for him.

[sub]I know, you said Democrats. Well, tough nuggies[/sub].

No Lieberman for me, thank you. I’ll just have a little chopped liver.

Can’t happen anyway, though. Jules farber once said, “The time is at hand when the wearing of a prayer shawl and skullcap will not bar a man from the White House. Unless, of course, the man is Jewish.”

I’m also rather partial to Senator Feingold. I doubt he’d ever get the nomination, and I also have doubts as to whether he’d even want it. He spoke at my dorm 3 years ago, and although he acknowledged that “every Senator looks in the mirror and sees a future President,” he’s very happy in the Senate.

Hillary Clinton. Just to hear the simultaneous exploding of heads around the country.

From a Wisconsin TV station web site 01/09/03:

Feingold, D-Wis., also said he probably won’t run for president in 2004 but would put off a decision until his 50th birthday March 2.

I’m keeping my fingers crossed.

Hillary Clinton.

The Democrats have no chance of winning, much like 1964, 1972, and 1984, so they might as well nominate her, then let Gore run against Frist in 2008.

Gen. (RET) Wesley Clark.
