What if somebody attacks you using their right arm?
Remind me not to play cards for money with you.
Timer with physical fail safe, as tamper proof as I can make it. Yes it’s a risk but if I ever want to ride out a century or so during an interstellar flight without going insane I think it’s a risk I’ll have to take.
If you are referirng to sexuality, I want to be fully functional and programmed with a variety of techniques.
I want Robocop’s hand gun and targeting abilities.
I want R2D2’s adaptors to plug into any network.
I some sort of rocket powered rollerskate option as well as jetpack.
I want some sort of badass voice. Maybe Barry White.
I want a built-in universal remote so I never have to look for TV remotes ever again.
-
Omnidirectional vision. I’d like to be able to see in all directions at once
-
Steel toes, so when the horses step on my feet it doesn’t bother me. Steel fingers would be good when stringing fencing, too.
-
If my brain could be modified for eidetic memory, that would be perfect. If not, digital camera(s) with lots of memory and a good indexing system
-
Handy-dandy retractible cutting tools
-
Flight

And don’t forget the integrated iPod
A six pack, THAT’S A SIX PACK!!!
Lets see now…
You have to go with the one cybernetic eye look, with full scanning capabilities into the infrared, thermal, tracker, cool video screen, etc. Preferablely with a laser that can shoot from it. It doesn’t have to be a laser that hurts anyone, it can just look cool.
Next you have to have the jetpack. It’s simply a must in this new 21st ‘on-the-go’ century. Along with the jet pack, you have to have some form of enhanced strength to carry such loads. I’m leaning towards the classic ‘one purely cybernetic arm’ idea. or even better, two retractable arms, on the back. Three-fingered grippers and everything.
You gotta have the forcefield. And as for firepower, lets go with actual firepower. Flamethrower, housed in the right arm. Mmmm…fire.
A big metal dick.
Damageproof skin, jet pack, movie screens in my eyelids and speakers in my ears, along with a complete movie/tv/music library to choose from, a refrigerated compartment filled with beer with an exit tube in my mouth, oven with frozen pizza that automatically pop in whenever desired, and a force beam capable of wiping out all the puny human scum that gets in my way.
I second that! Can I have mac & cheese, too?
I’m going to have to side with lokij in general. Though while I don’t know if his “modular chassis” idea suits my concept of the brain canister being a stand alone object that could be installed in a variety of bodies and machines.
The main thing I’d want would be a wide selection of more or less conventional human forms. All sexes, All races, All body types. Swap 'em out according to what I wanted to do or be that day.
So basically you want to be a Cymek?
Two words: Doctor Octopus.
I think you get the drift.
Has anyone seen the classic movie Flesh Gordon , remember the Rape Robots ?
Not exactly. The “more or less convention human forms” would only be modified to the extent to allow acceptance of the canister and the ability to withstand storage. They’d still be mostly organic and appear to be normal humans.
Granted, the brain could also be installed in entirely robotic systems, too… at which point I’d be a cymek. But I see no particular point to being a flamethrower and chaingun touting killbot all the time. Hell, most of the time I’d probably technically be a house.
