Dial-up phone splitter thing?

Finally got my sisters computer up and running. At her house the only internet connection available is dial-up. No problem.
Of course, she now has the internet vs phone problem.

I know there are programs out there that she could download that would allow her to still use her home phone while online, but I have no idea what they would be. I’m finding caller ID’s, answering machines… but not something that lets her still use the home phone line.

Help?
