Did Castro Have JFK Killed?

From the AH link in the OPo

This is what is so puzzling to me about this. The Cubans and Russians knew Oswald was unstable. Yet when he offered to kill Kennedy, they suddenly reversed course. Now, we all know that humans exhibit paradoxical, illogical, and often unexplainable behavior, but to me, it makes no sense that the Cubans (or Russians, for that matter) would rely on such an unpredictable “asset” as Oswald. It’s possible, of course, I just think that the Cubans could’ve found a much more reliable resource.

For that reason, I find the idea that Castro had Kennedy killed to be difficult, if not impossible, to accept.

And what is their solution?

If the account is accurate, I suspect the real wheel-greaser was that he pulled a gun.

Jackie Kennedy – with a derringer – in the library.

Seriously, it is more comfortable to post in this thread repeating concocted theory after theory rather than spend 5 minutes watching something that may change your attitude towards everything concerning the murder.

But watch only if you have an open mind. If you already know that it was LHO, with a rifle, from that 6th floor window at the Book Depository, or that some secret service agent misfired by accident, you are missing the whole point of the coup d’état, so please don’t waste your time.

But I do know that. It’s been established by multiple investigations, contemporary statements, computer re-enactments, and forensic evidence. None of the other theories have these. I’ve read many books over fifty years and I know how to evaluate evidence. Crap theories are crap theories and anyone with critical thinking abilities can distinguish a crap theory.

Now, if you somehow think this is not a crap theory that relies on hearsay, decades-late memories, speculations, “facts” that have been thoroughly debunked, and outlandish coincidences, present that. If you think that all of history is one giant conspiracy theory, though, you’re going to have do some really heavy lifting.

Other than the Warren Commission, what are these “multiple investigations”. More to the point, if you are convinced of the truth of it why even debate it?

You may have missed this investigation:

“The United States House of Representatives Select Committee on Assassinations (HSCA) was established in 1976 to investigate the assassinations of John F. Kennedy and Martin Luther King, Jr. The HSCA completed its investigation in 1978 and issued its final report the following year, concluding that Kennedy was probably assassinated as a result of a conspiracy.”

Bunch of conspiracy theorists

Actually, yes, that Congressional investigation was a imbecilic botched mess based on conspiracy theories. No reasonable person takes that seriously. Although conspiracy theorists do, as they must.

We’re still waiting for you to answer the simple question. Who did it, according to the video you keep mentioning? How can you pretend to debate when you won’t enter it?

How can you just simply discard evidence from a reputable source you don’t agree with? Anyway, if I have time I’ll enter into debate, but all my arguments are also laid out very nicely in that video, plain as day.

You seem really hung up on this video of yours. There’s a creepy Japanese girl in it, isn’t there?

Or are you profiting from the views?
.

Total porn… and I make $5 per view

Funny.
Now how about a little rundown of what their conclusion is and while you’re at it could you throw in why you believe this version?

BTW, the man who made that video is a conspiracy theory nutjob. From the mouth of Richard Francis Conolly

Provide evidence from a reputable source and I’ll let you know.

More from this reputable source: Chemtrails: The Exotic Weapon.

I sure as hell don’t want to weigh in on this. However, I do want to make the point that the above is the reason so much powder is still used about the Kennedy assassination. The boomers keeping things alive after all the juice is sucked out of them is a hallmark of American history and social behavior.

I watched the first 5 minutes of that video - I even went six just for good measure. So far, it looks completely bonkers.

Can you describe what you found convincing about it?

Let’s see, so difficult to know where to begin, so many points… how about one tiny aspect of the murder: J.D. Tippit. Why was his body moved from Methodist Hospital, after being pronounced dead, to Parkland Hospital? What was his nickname on the Dallas Police force?

Ah. So, merely garden-variety conspiracy nutjobbery. Shame, I was hoping for something more creative.

Because that’s where the morgue was, and an autopsy was ordered.

The only place where I can find that Tippit was called “Jack” or “JFK” by his fellow officers is conspiracy sites. You’d think the connection might have been mentioned in contemporaneous accounts. Considering that Tippit was a Texan with a drawl - and Kennedy had a distinctive Boston accent - the comparison sounds odd.

More to your point: the idea that Tippit’s body was replacing Kennedy’s is ludicrous. Never mind that Tippit was younger or shorter or that doctors noted that he had a thinning hairline (certainly not a JFK trait); According to his autopsy report (found online) he had his last name tattooed on his arm. Don’t you think somebody might have asked why the President had a random surname on his body?

Castro almost certainly did not kill JFK. But Lyndon Johnson believed he did.

Johnson privately dismissed the Warren Commission’s findings and told friends “the Kennedy Boys were running a god damn Murder Incitporated in the Caribbean,” and believed Castro had taken revenge.
