Did Jared Kushner bring peace to the Middle East?

I haven’t seen anything in the way of follow-up on this guy’s supposed mission to magically solve the problems that those with far better experience have failed to resolve over the decades. What was the upshot? Are Israel and Palestine now BFFs? Does Iraq send hummus to Bibi on his birthday?

Nope, not even close. The Palestinians were pissed because he basically only delivered Israels demands to them and asked for concessions.

gee…it looks like this stuff is more complicated than he thought.
It turns out that the Palestinians were rejected Kushner because he made outrageous demands such as saying that terrorism is bad.

Abbas was furious with Kushner because Kushner dared to mention

So, next week, then?

No, next week is Korean peninsula week, they’ll have to squeeze in Middle East week after they put the finishing touches on that.

Maybe they’re planning a big roll-out to combine peace in the Middle East, Melania’s yuge program to fight bullying, and Iskanka’s program for African women entrepreneurs.

Come on guys. Trump was coy for weeks over whether he ran a tape recorder during meetings. Middle East peace is going to need at least 6 months of guerrilla marketing and hype before release.

Trump is rapidly pushing himself into irrelevancy.
His supporters will support him no matter what happens-until one day they won’t. Whether that day is eight weeks from now or eight years from now I have no idea.
When that happens he will simply drop off the the political landscape and the country will move on. Hopefully repairing much of the damage he causes.

For now, no one believes anything he says. So people will listen, he is after all a phenomenon, someone who had never run for office and on his first try he wins the biggest seat on the planet, but no one will believe what they hear.

No

Peas? Pretty sure the ME has peas a’plenty already.

But are they whirled peas?

It’s been on the news that a new ceasefire negotiated by Trump and Putin is holding.

How many hours has it been?

No link?

Only in hummus.

If it were only a matter of Trump himself becoming irrelevant, I wouldn’t care that much. But it’s not just about him. During the G20 Summit, the US delegation as a whole was being sidelined. Other countries are making trade and other agreements independent of the US. It’s not good for the country.

ROFL!

I’m still waiting for him to bring peace to the White House.

you win the thread.

I hear they are now referring to the G20 as the G19, or the G19+1. I assume Trump is livid that it’s not G1+19. America first!
