Yes, it was that easy. The Russians were happy to accept a defector who was a former Marine, 'till they found out what they had. You’ll note that he worked only menial jobs while in the USSR. He was useless as an intelligence source, and useless as propaganda. When he decided he wanted to leave, they were happy to see the back of him.
We had to accept him back; he’d never renounced his citizenship. Couldn’t even jail him; he’d broken no laws.
It certainly wasn’t commonplace. You don’t, after all, find a weirdo like Oswald every day.
And this is exactly the kind of crap that conspiracy theorists love. The entire evidence in that video is that you see a security guy raise his arms in a, “What now?” gesture, and the author of the video spins that into an entire conspiracy.
The most likely explanation of why those guys didn’t ride on the back of the limousine is because Kennedy was engaging in public PR, and it wouldn’t look good to have armed guards riding on the bumper of his limo. It would change the whole optic of the event from a parade to a President under guard working his way through the city.
For all we know, the secret service guy’s arm gestures could have been in response to a questions about where he was supposed to ride after getting off the back of the vehicle. Yet the author insists he knows exactly what was in the minds of everyone involved.
I don’t know Sam…that seemed really convincing to me. After all, who shrugs like that?? It seemed pretty sinister to me, and is making me rethink this entire event in a new and interesting light. I mean, I’ve never seen anyone shrug, or turn around and walk like that guy. Who just shrugs and walks??
(Or, you could watch the video with the sound muted, and then it really doesn’t look that odd, or really say anything about what was going on or why the guy shrugged. It’s only when you watch it and listen the the spin that things turn all spooky and sinister)

Just wanted to emphasize this, since it’s so true. It’s exactly the same sort of crappola that those Loose Change bozos repeatedly use in the 9/11 CT films.
Your theory is stupid and unsupported. If you choose to take that personally (instead of, say, presenting some kind of evidence that may change my mind), that’s up to you.
…except… there is no conclusion, and there can not be a conclusion until and unless all the evidence is released.
Until all the missing photos and missing films are released, until all the documents are released, until the FBI and CIA records are made public, all the Johnson and Ford and Hoover records are made public, until the time capsule is opened and made completely public.
It it totally illogical, and it makes no sense at all, for anyone, to “conclude” anything, or to say the Kennedy Assassination case “solved”… while withholding who knows what evidence.
I, for one, will never conclude anything, will NEVER!!! be satisfied, I will NEVER consider this matter solved or closed, until all the photos, all the films, all the documents and evidence are made public. There is no reason at all to keep those things secret after 50 years…(…unless there is some hokey pokey going on. )
We’ll put your right foot in, we’ll put your right foot out;
We’ll put your right foot in, And we’ll shake it all about.
We’ll do the Hokey-Pokey, And we’ll turn ourselves around.
…then we’ll know the REAL truth that has been kept from us all these years!
That’s what it’s all about!
And it will be just like when the Air Force released further information on the Roswell ‘incident’…the CTers will think it’s all a smoke screen and that the REAL information is still (perpetually) in some government vault somewhere, away from the eyes of a needing public. AFAIK all of the relevant and pertinent information concerning the Kennedy assassination has been released. Certainly, based on the forensics alone we aren’t going to suddenly discover that, indeed he was shot from multiple locations which seems to be the basis of most of the CTers assertions. The only things we would probably see if we could see everything would be some small inconsistencies, probably a lot of background data (some of which might be embarrassing to the memory of JFK, such as his alleged affair with several starlets, the data of which was probably compiled for background or checking all the boxes and crossing all the ‘Ts’)…and none of it will substantially change what happened.
I think the expectation is that so-far unseen footage will emerge showing the smirking young George W. Bush holding a smoking rifle, flanking by Richard M. Nixon and J. Edgar Hoover laughing demonically, whilst Nikita Sergeyevich Khrushchev, Mao Ze-Dung and Fidel Castro congratulate each other with comical glee, as an aged figure with a toothbrush moustache smiles enigmatically.
There are very few documents related to the assassination that have not been made public. The only thing they’re still trying to keep secret is that Kennedy was born in Kenya. The “hobos” were doing a dance to tell people the truth about his secret illegal birth. That’s what it’s all about.
I remember it well. I graduated from Sunset High School which isn’t that far west from the Texas Theater; at the time I attended Sunset High, my parents had a house on Sylvan Avenue(?) which wasn’t that far from the Texas Theater; I myself saw many a movie inside the Texas Theater and back in 1963 could (and did) draw from memory a map of Oswald’s route from the Schoolbook Depository building to his residence and to the Texas Theater itself. I also knew a guy who bore an uncanny resemblance to LHO but that’s neither here nor there. Oswald acted alone and had he not killed JD Tippett, he might have eluded capture for several days or he might even have been able to escape altogether.
Tippett’s widow became a millionaire, IIRC, from the donations that poured in for her; Marina Oswald received a lot of money from donations but I don’t remember the amount. I think it was far less than that received by the widow Tippett.
YOu have absolutely no idea at all what is in the time capsule.
Just open the darn time capsule now, in front of any news camera in the world, in front of anyone and everyone on prime time tv.
.
I really don’t want to take the bait and argue with you. Suffice to say, I’ve never stated my beliefs on here so I really don’t know what you are talking about.
Ironic that you would say something like this. My ‘guess’ is a summary of all of the actual (as opposed to the made up or pure out of the ass speculated) data compiled on the case.
Again, the irony is explosive level here.
No…but I have the mountain of actual evidence on my side. You are right…there COULD be evidence of space wombats using nano-bugs in the ‘time capsule’ that would discount all of the actual evidence amassed on this subject. There could be stone tables from God saying that, AHAH! Fooled you! on it. But, probability wise, there isn’t going to be anything in some hidden corner that will completely overturn the ‘official story’ and prove that Batman was actually on the Grassy Knoll with a sniper rifle to do the deed.
I picture the same scene as when Geraldo opened Al Capone’s vault…
