I believe he was talking about reframing the question into a moral issue. Most of the people fighting against this bill seem to be doing so for moral reasons. Give them moral reasons on why they should accept it.
I really don’t think there’s as big a moral divide on this issue as there is on abortion. Maybe I’m wrong.
