The best I’ve been able to google is: " Trump rescinded Biden’s 2022 order, “Lowering Prescription Drug Costs for Americans,” including it in a list of dozens of former executive actions he described as "[deeply unpopular, inflationary, illegal, and radical practices] “”
It seems to be a complaint that Trump caused an increase from $35 to $135, but I’ve not been able to find whether or not this is the case.
Snopes says, “Mostly true.”
Thanks, duality72.
That brings up the question in “Politics and Elections”, why? Does he want pharmaceutical companies to make more money, or just because Biden did it?
Could just be “fuck you.”
Could also be he’s planning to reissue the exact same order in a few weeks and take credit for the effect while pretending Biden’s order didn’t exist and claiming he fixed a problem Biden couldn’t handle.
The answer is “Yes”.
His reissuing and taking credit sounds very Trumpesque.
Not just Biden. Both Biden and Fauci have to be completely erased. RFK Jr is being put in to get revenge on Fauci.
I doubt if trump has ever had trouble paying for prescription medicine. He’s incapable of caring what it costs.
