Citizens of Minneapolis rejoice! The winter parking ban has been removed, like the black cloud of winter! No more crowding all the cars onto odd sides of the streets! No more walking 3 blocks to your home! The dark reign of the parking ban has come to and end!
I’d figured they ought to be thinking about it when i realized I could see both curbs on the street in front of my apartment building again. I don’t think it got plowed more than twice this winter,so there was a lot of packed snow to melt there.

As a St. Paul resident, I have not felt the pain of the Mpls ban, but I will sing rejoices with you. Now if they could just get the 6 inches of ice off my sidewalks…
