Starting November 15, “Music Choice” will be replaced by XM radio stations for DirecTV’s music channels. I’m hoping that someone familiar with XM will be able to help me figure out what XM station most closely matches “Retro-Active” which is the Music Choice station that I like best… it’s sort of 80s & 90s alternative… but that isn’t really a good description…
What other XM stations do you like?
And while you’re at it, where are we going to turn for something to replace the perennially popular (in the kaylasdad99 household), “Sounds of the Season”?
And Is Michaela going to lose Radio Disney, or is there an XM version of that?

XM will probably convert 4 of their regular stations to Christmas music. This page shows what they did last year.
XM carries Radio Disney. Not sure if it will be on the Direct TV channels or not.
Fungus is good too- its a more punk than the other alternative channels but has some real gems on it…
I’m really digging the trio- Fred, Lucy, & Ethel as well… And Fred has Revolution Around The Sun- which highlights one year in the late 70s- early 90s.
Yeah, I’d recommend Fred, Ethel and Lucy. I listen more to Ethel and Lucy than Fred, but that’s because I also listen to SquiZZ for newer stuff.
