I noticed a new member joined recently, and made their first post here:

Maybe she pushed @discobot off the counter.

Looks like @discobot pushed her off of the counter. The system flagged her as a potential spammer, presumably since her first post contained a link. I’m guessing the system doesn’t give you a welcome banner if your first post has to go through moderator approval.
