You mean you DON’T cook your eggs (scrambled or fried) in bacon grease when you have said grease?

Yes, you should cook your eggs in bacon grease when you have it. Pour off most of the grease (and save it), leaving just a thin layer when scrambling eggs. Or fry potatoes in the grease first, and then leave just a thin layer in the pan when you scramble eggs.

I don’t care WHAT your cardiologist says. Eat oatmeal on weekdays, but on weekends eat bacon and eggs.
