Is it possible to condition your body so that it is harder or impossible to make yourself dizzy?
Yes, you can “practice” being dizzy, and make it more difficult to become dizzy.
What sort of dizziness do you hope to overcome? High or low blood pressure dizziness? Spinning around dizziness?
My memory is that dancers and skaters have a couple of techniques to allow them to avoid dizziness. (Nothing like pretending you’re a top for several seconds, then planting your nose in the arena ice.) I believe that it involves finding a “target” to look at, then “snapping” your head around to find the target on each twirl rather than allowing your head to simply spin with your body. (I’m certainly hoping a dancer/skater shows up soon to correct my impression (or tell me I’m daft.))
Military pilots are put through exercises to induce vertigo, but I don’t know whether that is to learn vertigo-defeating techniques or simply to let the pilot get used to the feeling of vertigo so that they don’t freak out during violent maneuvers.
