Do I need permission to use trademarks in my DVD?

I’m going to make and sell DVD’s of a performance and I want to know what kind of permissions I’ll need. The play is put on by a non-profit org, and money from DVD sales will go back to the same program. The script and all songs are original, so we already have permission to film the show. I’m mainly unsure about a couple corporate references.

In the show:
-references to a specific major fast-food chain and their trademarked product names
-reference to a specific donut chain
-big name apparel (with logos) worn by cast member
-professional sports team apparel worn by cast member

Does anyone have experiential advice and/or cites to help me out?

You don’t need to worry about mentioning the fast-food and donut chains (as long as you’re not slandering them or anything). The clothing logos might be a problem, though, I’m not sure.
