Do I need Tech-In-A-Box running all the time?

My computer at work has Tech In A Box loaded on to it. It runs all the time. Do I need this? Is it worth having on? Does it use so little of my computer’s resources that it is totally worth it?

Check with your IT department. They may need it running for some reason or another.
