B-12 has long been cited as a reason not to go vegetarian, because “it’s only present in animal foods.” So could vegans and vegetarians obtain it from oral sex?
I’ll stick to eating tempeh, but it’s an interesting idea.
Think about this for a moment: If you’re getting your B12 from sexual fluids, then that’s B12 that your partner had. Where did he or she get it? If your partner is just getting it from you in turn, then there’s not going to be any available for any purpose other than enriching the sexual fluids.
