Do We Know the Names of the FBI Agents in the Nassar Case?

It seems a senior FBI agent was monkeying with statements, preventing the Nassar case from going anywhere. At the same time, he was negotiating with USA Gymnastics for a post-retirement job. It looks for all the world like he was cutting a deal for a bribe.

Recently, some FBI agents were fired. I suppose at least one of them was the fellow I am describing. None of them were charged with a crime.

Maybe I skimmed right through it, but do we know the name of the FBI agent who was in negotiations with USA Gymnastics?

The report said that the special agent in charge of the Indianapolis office, Jay Abbott, behaved inappropriately by contemplating a job opportunity at the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Committee, and later mused with a friend about applying to fill Steve Penny’s position at USA Gymnastics after Mr. Penny resigned.
