Yes, you can get beer and wine etc delivered - here in the UK anyway. I don’t know whether you’d be able to in the US as there seems to be a rather different attitude to alcohol over there.
No, I don’t think it’s available here, at least I’ve never heard of anyone using it or seen any obvious delivery vans in my neighborhood.
I wouldn’t take advantage of it anyway. I love scanning the ads and matching coupons to the sales items, it’s a huge game to me of how much I can save each week. Often there are sale items in the store not listed in the weekly circular, finding those and finding a coupon to go with them that will get us a new item for 20% of retail? That makes it totally worth going out there to look.
I imagine I’d get into a total rut of always having the same basics on hand and never trying new things if I went with a delivery order.
