Two sets of stairs to the second story - one regular and the other spiral. Five steps up to the front door and two up to the back door.

Split level. So lot’s of short stairways. The odd thing is that they are all 7 steps. Even the ones on the outside and the lot slopes quite a bit. So regardless of elevation covered, 7 steps. Someone was into numerology or something.
And of course The Thing I Need Right Now is 3 flights away at all times.

Yes, fout sets, actually. Stairs that go down from the garage to the family room, stairs that go down from the family room to the basement, stairs that go up from the family room to the kitchen/living room, and stairs that go from the living room to the bedrooms.
We have a couple steps up the deck to the house, and an EVIL stairway to the second floor. We don’t go up there unless absolutely necessary. They’re the super shallow, super steep kind of stairs – almost like a ladder, actually. My son’s room was up there. Kids can handle it better than us geezers. Some day I’m going to have that stairway removed and put a better one in.
