doctors by far.
I voted doctors, but if I did a proper audit, I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s dead even or actually lawyers (since I worked in a law office twenty years ago.) I’m guessing a slight edge to doctors (a lot of whom are my clients, but also some friends.)
My brother’s best friend/former roomie is a now-retired orthopedic surgeon. While he did do surgery on my husband, I knew him before that, so I assume it counts.
I was a legal secretary for 45 years, so way, way more lawyers than doctors.
