I tried it for an ex-SO. I find the completely covered with hair look gross. Then again, I feel like i’m 12 every time I see myself cleanshaven. I think the short trimmed look is the best.
The time involved is also wayyyyy to much. I only go completely clean unless there’s an SO in the picture. It’s also great to see how excited he may get when he first hears about it. People tend to think me more innocent then I really am.
Ladies, why should you shave yourself?
Simple.
Every good feast begins with a clean plate. 
I first tried going all-bald about 12 years ago to freak someone out. It worked.
But I’ve been hooked ever since. I usually keep the “region” closely trimmed (and I’d like to second Uniball’s assertion about the apparent size). But the sac stays hairless.
One tip, though–do NOT use Nad’s Hair Remover down there. It’s fine elsewhere, but if you ever want to be able to look your pecker in the eye again, use a razor.
My preference for ladies is clipped, but not completely shaven. I’ve gotten some serious lip-burn in the past.
Yup, I shave Lil’ SPOOFE and the surrounding region. He seems to like it, so I like it. However, since I never get the opportunity to enjoy the baldness with someone else, I usually go several months 'tween shavings.

My wife is the same way. And since I like it better that way on women, I figure the least I can do is keep myself clean cut. Fair’s fair.
I don’t, but I’m considering it.
I do prefer when my girlfriend shaves (she often does), and it has nothing to do whith an type of pre-pubescent type of thing as Guinastasia suggests. I really really enjoy eating her out (I know, more info than you needed) and well, it gets pretty annoying with hair down there.
I personally would not enjoy eating a woman out unless she did at least trim. There are lots of products out there to make it more comfortable, and my GF certainly doesn’t really need to use anything except some good healthy soap, gel and a razor. She does it just fine on her own.
The visual thing too, it just looks so much cleaner and well…

Ok, I said this once before in an old thread on this topic, but it’s been a while, so I’ll tell my tale once more.
I was once dating a young lass who decided to shave herself. “Good for you!” was my opinion, as I’m not one to stand in the way of one’s dreams. Ok, actually she did it in the shower unbeknownst to me. Anyway, I have to admit that my first impression of it was that it looked a lot like an uncooked Cornish game hen. Roundish, with little bumps where the hair used to be and a hole. Putting my mouth on raw game fowl isn’t my idea of erotic and I think something was lost to me. My second impression was that I had to listen to her bitch for the next two weeks about how much it itched and that wasn’t very erotic either.
I’ve also been with women who kept it trimmed low. Now that works for me. If you have a lawn you want to maintain, you don’t scorch it down to bare earth, you pull out the Lawnboy and keep it low. Man, I’m all over the place on my comparisons here. So, in conclusion, let me reiterate: Shaved = bad. Trimmed and maintained = good.
